My current favorite anime would have to be Axis Powers Hetalia/Hetalia: World Series/Hetalia: Beautiful World/Whatever Season 6 is called.... it's great!

That's a tough one...though I can narrow it down to a few. Goku from Dragon Ball, Ayumu Kasuga aka Osaka (Azumanga Daioh), Konata (Lucky Star), Kyon (Haruhi Suzumiya)...I think that's it.
