I wrestled with whether or not to put it here, the general fandom or the Mega Man forums, since it's not directly related to Mega Man, but a spiritual successor instead. If a mod feels this belongs in a different forum instead, they may move it there.
Anyway, this is about the upcoming game, Mighty No. 9. Developed by Comcept, a company consisting of former Capcom employees, it was successfully funded at Kickstarted (I myself am among those who gave to the Kickstarter, I might add), and I expect nothing but great things out of the game.
Apparently, there are also talks of a live-action movie, though it's not set in stone yet. Personally, I would prefer if they did short films in different styles, as an experiment, but we'll see what happens.
The game is estimated to be released in the April of next year. We'll probably see what happens by then.
