Anyone here heard of the Klonoa series? If not, get playing now because it is one of the best platforming series ever made.
It's about a little creature thing called Klonoa, who is a Dream Traveler. Sadly, the series ended on a cliffhanger. It seemed we would finally see a conclusion in the webcomic, but sadly, it abruptly ended before it could even start reaching its conclusion.
The gameplay is top notch, the story is good, and the characters are loveable. If you aren't playing, you should give it a shot.
Any thoughts?

Is this freeware, Steam download, PayPal bought, or North America Only Physical Copy? 'Cause I like the sound of it, but there's no way I'm gonna be able to get it unless it's the first.

It's not on Steam, as far as I know.
The original game is on the PS1 and PSN, and a remake of the original game is on the Wii as well. Klonoa 2 is for PS2, there are three Klonoa games on the Game Boy Advance (though one of them never left Japan), a Volleyball game for PS1 (only in Japan and Europe), and a Wonderswan game (Japan only, like the Wonderswan itself).
Don't know if that helps any. The webcomic can be read on ShiftyLook (until Spetember 30th, when the site itself shuts down; don't worry, there are plans to rectify that), but I recommend having at least pPendersing knowledge of the games before reading.
